Ways Families Can Apply for BadgerCare+
There are 3 ways to apply for BadgerCare+:
- Online: Go to access.wi.gov. Click on ‘Apply for Benefits.’
- Paper: Print off a paper application from the BadgerCare+ website.
- In person: Visit your county office.
