These publications are specific to each of Wisconsin's 72 counties and provide a quick reference for benefit programs, including BadgerCare+, Free/Reduced Price Lunch, Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance (WHEAP), Wisconsin Shares (Childcare), FoodShare/SNAP, Wisconsin Works (W-2), and Women, Infants and Children (WIC).

Similar information as the Benefits Brochures, only in a more compact form. The English version is from 2012 and Spanish version is from 2011. They are designed to print on an 8.5 x 11 (standard letter size) sheet of paper. They print clearly in both full color and black & white.
