Making-A-Plan (MAP)

Making a Plan (MAP) is a county-level publication with maps and data for better understanding of how communities may differ in their need for health insurance outreach.
MAP publications are currently available for:

• Dane County
• Kenosha County
• Milwaukee County

Covering Kids & Families is housed at the UW-Madison School of Human Ecology,
working in partnership with UW-Extension and other partners throughout the state.
