For more information about our school-based outreach view our REACH BC+ one page description. Central to the project are engaged school staff, community partners, and the CKF Toolbox for Schools and Communities http://www.ckfwi.org/toolbox.html.
REACH BC+ began in June 2010 and is currently active in five regions of Wisconsin: Southwestern Wisconsin / CESA 3 Dane County / Madison Metropolitan School District Southeastern Wisconsin, CESA 1 Northeastern Wisconsin, CESA 8
Strategies in each area are localized to the needs, capacity and interests already in place. They are designed to be flexible given the ever-changing landscape of health coverage options available to Wisconsin residents, and to be sustainable beyond the initial implementation in each part of the state. |
